Open Profile → Settings → Support and safety. Your request reaches our support inbox directly, and you can attach a screenshot. Replies come to your account email.

Write to support@datadecorum.com from the email address on your ProMentor account.
Safety concerns
To report a member, use the report option on their profile — reports are confidential. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
Privacy requests
You can delete your account in Profile → Settings. For access, correction or portability requests under UK GDPR, use either contact route above — see our Privacy Policy.
