Create a community
A private, guided mentoring space for your members — set up by us.
ProMentor communities are invite-only spaces where mentors and mentees connect, set goals and log real sessions, away from the noise. Tell us about yours and we’ll provision it for you, usually within a few working days of receiving everything we need.
What to include for a speedy set-up
The more of this you send up front, the faster we can get your community live. You can send it all in one email, and attach a logo if you have one:
- Community name — what your members will see.
- A short description — what the community is for, who it’s for, and what members can expect to get out of it.
- Any specific policies or house rules — anything your community should follow on top of the standard ProMentor Terms & Community Policy (a code of conduct, eligibility, confidentiality expectations, and so on). This is optional — leave it out and the standard policy applies.
- A logo icon (optional) — see the sizing note below.
- At least one community admin email — the person, or people, who will manage members, approve join requests and moderate. You can add more admins later.

Send a square image, ideally 512×512px — a PNG with a transparent background, or an SVG. Keep the mark simple and high-contrast: it’s shown as a small rounded tile (around 40px) beside your community name, so fine detail and small text won’t read at that size. No logo? We’ll use a clean lettermark drawn from your community name.
Our policy — please read before you send
By sending a request you confirm that you have read and agree, on behalf of your community, to the ProMentor Terms & Community Policy. We can’t begin provisioning until that’s accepted.
A couple of things to note:
- We reserve the right to refuse any request, with or without explanation.
- We reserve the right to disable or remove a community at any time, with or without explanation — for example where a community or its members breach our policies.
These safeguards keep ProMentor a trusted space for everyone.
